About Me

I am a family counselor specializing in children and adolescent therapy.  No Shrinking, Violet was "hatched" out of my 25 years as a principal and school counselor to address difficult friendships and exclusion.  

No Worries, Violet addresses social anxiety in adolescents and gives practical coping for dealing with ongoing worries.

  I am available for  educational seminars on numerous topics related to the health and welfare of the family.
